TRAIN WITH ALLY

Here’s how:

  • individualized programming: Ally offers 60 minute sessions tailored to your needs, wants, and goals. This option is most commonly used by those who have specific goals (strength or pain based) + looking for more accountability and guidance. You can expect to be working at your own pace alongside one to two students also following their own programs. Please leave an inquiry if you have any questions.

    group classes: Ally offers various classes throughout the week, her goal is to help you master strength training skills + create a resilient body that is built to last. Head to the Group Classes page for more info.

  • FaceTime or Zoom sessions: Train with Ally virtually, frequency dependent on your wants and needs (average ~2-10x/month). Most commonly used by those who enjoy and feel more comfortable working out from home. Little to no equipment is necessary, highly encouraged if you are brand new to exercise!

    Maintenance programs: Receive a 6-12 week program (duration dependent on goals/needs). Most commonly used by those who want more structure in their routine. Recommended if you enjoy working out & going to the gym, but not sure what to do once you’re there. This is the most hands off approach with trainer-client; few check ins via email, program is shared and viewed on google sheets.
