Which Group Class is for you?

  • This class is recommended to anyone who is looking for a staple in their exercise routine because the bells cover it all: full body strength, stability, speed, power and more. Kettlebells are simple and versatile, which keeps training effective and efficient. If you want to become stronger, refine your form, or need accountability, see for yourself how fun swinging bells can be!

  • If you are someone in pain, has constant flare ups, keeps getting hurt in the gym, or just not sure where to start- look no further. Ally programs her classes with low effort exercises to isolate and engage muscles, tissues and joints. This class helps create the core foundation of your body. If you want more flexibility, strength, and confidence with exercise, this class is for you!

  • Barbell Series practices the basic power lifting exercises with variations of squats, deadlifts, bench press, and more. If you are someone wanting to learn/refine your skills on the barbell this is for you.

Kettlebell Flows

Ally uses the kettlebell as the tool to practice the fundamentals of training and exercise. You can expect to perform skills like:

  • squat, deadlift, lunge

  • pull ups and push ups

  • kettlebell swing, clean, overhead press

  • Turkish get up, farmer carry, plank

Ally implements her favorite strategies to help achieve these skills:

  • breath work

  • muscular tension + relaxation drills

  • mind to body presence and connection

Mobility Training

Become skilled at using your body to balance, twist, stabilize, and engage! You can expect to work on:

  • joint specific exercises specifically targeting hips, spine, shoulders, ankles, & feet

  • refining fundamental patterns to increase the quality of your movement

  • muscular irradiation and relaxation drills

Barbell Series

Ally takes the foundational lifts like: back squat, bench press, and deadlift through a new programmed phase every 6-8 weeks. Refine your training skills on the barbell and prepare to make some gains. Each week, Ally tracks your reps, load, and RPE to manage your progress.
