My Philosophy:ON HEALTH AND FITNESS
Health and fitness are essential parts of our well being which is why I prioritize exercise in my own lifestyle. The methods on “how to” seem endlessly overwhelming and usually doesn’t provide the results that we want. I like to simplify the things that matter and encourage you to keep going, one day at a time. I believe there’s a way to thrive off of a successful and enjoyable exercise routine with: applying the basics, realistic goal setting, and an encouraging support system.
While working together, my main objectives are to:
train the fundamentals and progress your base level
build mind to muscle presence + connection
manage pain and/or sensitivities
become more disciplined + committed
The journey is far more attainable and satisfying with a community, and I hope to be able to share some of mine with you. I see the act of movement as a gift, one that should be shared and celebrated. Whether you’re starting from scratch, refining or maintaining- it’s a lifelong journey. Cheers to enjoying the ride!
